Shipping & Order Processing
Stellina Bakery ships all orders throughout the United States using FEDEX as our third-party shipping carrier.
We offer ground, two-day, and overnight shipping Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend delays. We do not ship nationwide on Thursdays (except for overnight and ground orders), Fridays, or holidays. Please note that during peak times (such as holidays), shipping days may extend to Thursday and Friday to accommodate high volumes of orders.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next shipping day.
Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order.
Nationwide Shipping Guarantee
- Shipments can only be delivered to street addresses within the United States.
- UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
- Stellina Bakery is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipments returned or rerouted due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling through UPS.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries caused by business closures or recipient unavailability. UPS or FedEx may require a signature for delivery at the driver's discretion.
- Estimated delivery timelines do not account for unexpected weather delays, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
- During peak holiday seasons (November through February) and sale days, orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please contact us at info@stellinabakery.com or call +1 800-797-6568 for specific delivery date requests.
- Stellina Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by high UPS or FedEx volumes.
Local Pick Up at South Hackensack HQ
As of 7/8/24, we no longer accept pick-ups.
GUARANTEED FRESHNESS
All macaron deliveries are sent using overnight or two-day service in an insulated bubble mailer with an ice pack to maintain product freshness. Note: The ice pack may no longer be cold upon arrival, but this is okay! It helps keep the product cool during transit and may thaw by the time your package arrives.
Cookies and the Stellina Mookie™ are not shipped with ice packs unless macarons are also ordered.
For optimal results, refrigerate our products upon arrival and consume within 5-7 days of delivery. You can also freeze them for up to 8 weeks. If storing in the fridge, allow approximately 10 minutes to reach room temperature, or 30 minutes if frozen.
Color may vary slightly from the photographs shown as our products are made by hand.
PRE-ORDER
Stellina Bakery offers a variety of pre-order items throughout the year. If you order both pre-order and in-stock items together, all items will ship with the pre-order item when available. If you'd like your non-pre-order items to ship sooner, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange for a separate shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION
We partner with Route Package Protection to ensure the safety of all packages shipped with UPS. By opting out of Route insurance at checkout, Stellina Bakery is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
BULK ORDERS
If you are planning to order a large quantity of products (5 or more), please reach out to cs@stellinabakery.shop for proper bulk pricing. Bulk orders placed through the website may incur additional shipping and processing fees, which could delay the order.
RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Stellina Bakery does not accept returns.
There are no returns or exchanges on any products, including non-perishable items.
Stellina Bakery clothing items include a sizing chart on each product page, so you can confirm fit before purchasing. If you’re unhappy with the fit of your tee or sweater, we may be able to offer an exchange if the desired size is in stock. Please contact cs@stellinabakery.shop for exchange information.
Note: For clothing exchanges, the purchaser will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the item and have the new size shipped. Items must be unworn and in new condition. Any worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange at the discretion of Stellina Bakery.
In certain circumstances, Route Package Protection or Stellina Bakery may issue a credit or re-order. Free items are not eligible for replacement or refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Route Package Protection or our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your package. Provide a photo of the product and shipping box, along with a detailed description of the issue, and we will do our best to resolve it. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without proper documentation will not be eligible for return, refund, or reship.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled within two business days of the scheduled ship or pick-up date. Orders that already have a tracking number cannot be canceled. Once production has started on merchandise, cancellations or returns are not possible. For cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service team or call us at +1 800-797-6568 as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your needs, but cancellations may not be feasible due to our order processing schedule.
Custom and bulk orders cannot be canceled once placed.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND LARGE QUANTITIES
For orders of 200+ macarons or any customizations, please place your order at least 14 days before your desired delivery date. Orders placed less than 14 days in advance may be subject to a rush fee of 25%.
