Shipping Policy

Shipping & Order Processing

Stellina Bakery ships orders throughout the United States via FEDEX. We offer ground, two-day, and overnight shipping from Monday through Thursday to prevent weekend delays.
• Nationwide shipping is available on Thursdays (except for overnight and ground orders), Fridays, or holidays but delivery will be made in 2 business days. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.
• During peak times (such as holidays), shipping may extend to Thursdays and Fridays to accommodate high order volumes.
• Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the next shipping day.
• Once a tracking number has been generated, we cannot cancel your order.

Nationwide Shipping Guarantee
• Shipments can only be delivered to street addresses within the United States.
• UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
• Stellina Bakery is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Shipments returned or rerouted due to incorrect addresses will incur additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling through UPS.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for late deliveries caused by business closures or recipient unavailability. UPS or FedEx may require a signature upon delivery at their discretion.
• Estimated delivery timelines do not account for unexpected weather delays.
• During peak holiday seasons (November–February) and sale days, orders will be processed in the order received. For specific delivery date requests, contact us at info@stellinabakery.com or call +1 800-797-6568.
• Stellina Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by high UPS or FedEx shipping volumes.

Local Pick-Up at South Hackensack HQ

As of July 8, 2024, we no longer accept pick-ups.

Guaranteed Freshness
• All macaron shipments use overnight or two-day service with an insulated bubble mailer and an ice pack to maintain freshness.
• Ice packs may no longer be cold upon arrival, but they help regulate temperature during transit.
• Cookies and the Stellina Mookie™️ are shipped without ice packs unless macarons are included in the order.
• For best quality, refrigerate products upon arrival and consume within 5–7 days. They can also be frozen for up to 8 weeks.
• If refrigerated, allow 10 minutes to reach room temperature before consuming, or 30 minutes if frozen.
• Colors may vary slightly from product photos, as all items are handmade.

Pre-Orders

Stellina Bakery offers seasonal pre-order items.
• If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will ship together once the pre-order item is available.
• If you need in-stock items shipped sooner, contact our Customer Service team to arrange a separate shipment (additional charges may apply).

Route Package Protection

We partner with Route Package Protection to ensure the safety of packages shipped via UPS.
• If you opt out of Route insurance at checkout, Stellina Bakery is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Bulk Orders

For orders of 5 or more items, please email info@stellinabakery.com to inquire about bulk pricing.
• Bulk orders placed through the website may incur additional shipping and processing fees, potentially affecting delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
• No returns or exchanges are allowed on perishable or non-perishable items.
• Stellina Bakery clothing includes a sizing chart on each product page. If you need an exchange due to fit, we may accommodate it if the desired size is in stock.
• To request a clothing exchange, email info@stellinabakery.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and the item must be unworn and in new condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If you are dissatisfied with your order, contact Route Package Protection or our customer service team within 2 days of delivery.
• Include a photo of the product, shipping box, and a description of the issue.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours or without documentation will not be eligible for return, refund, or reshipment.

Cancellations & Order Modifications
• Orders cannot be canceled within two business days of the scheduled ship or pick-up date.
• Orders with an assigned tracking number cannot be canceled.
• Once production has begun, cancellations or returns are not possible.
• Custom and bulk orders are non-refundable once placed.
• For modification requests, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, changes may not always be possible.

Special Orders & Large Quantities

For orders of 200+ macarons or any customizations:
• Place your order at least 14 days before the desired delivery date.
• Orders placed less than 14 days in advance may incur a 25% rush fee.
